If you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) you have received, you may return the product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. 

Once items are returned back at Aurela HQ, we inspect the items and process your refund where applicable. For product(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the product(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items 

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless damaged/ faulty upon receipt) or gift cards.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges as part of returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. 

How to Return:

If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.

    • Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return of goods form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. A from was included in your delivery but if you need to reprint you can access it here.
    • Please contact us at or through the contact form below to obtain your return number and our returns address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that, unfortunately, the cost of returns will not be covered by AURELA unless the item was faulty or damaged.
